Information We Collect
When you fill out our intake form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and role. All form submissions are processed through Formspree.
We also collect usage data through PostHog analytics, including page views, page leave events, and interaction data such as clicks and scroll depth. When you submit the intake form, we create an identified analytics profile linked to your email address so we can understand how leads interact with our site.
We use session recording technology to replay anonymized visitor sessions. All form inputs are automatically masked in recordings — we never see what you type in real time. Session recordings are sampled (not every visit is recorded) and are used solely to improve the site experience.
How We Use It
We use the information you provide through the intake form to respond to your inquiry, schedule your intake call, and tailor our services to your needs.
Anonymous analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful and where we can improve the site.
Third-Party Services
We use two third-party services:

- PostHog — collects anonymous page view and page leave data. Their privacy policy is available at posthog.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by PostHog for analytics purposes. These include cookies prefixed with ph_ that store an anonymous device identifier and session information. These cookies help us understand how visitors use the site and are not used for advertising.
You can opt out of analytics tracking by enabling the Do Not Track (DNT) setting in your browser. When DNT is enabled, no analytics data is collected and no cookies are set.
Your Rights
